I was cutting some stock footage in Tokyo and wanted to blur out a license plate. Blurring out a static object is simple, but a moving object is a bit more challenging. You may want need to blur our a logo or trademark or even a face. Keep in mind you can select different kind of censors from your traditional blur or pixelate it. You can also adjust the strength, radius, and size.
