How to Fix the Err1 Error 1 Canon 24-105 Lens Communication Problem

I got the dreaded Err 1 message when trying to mount my Canon 24-105 lens. I tried the fixes that I came across on youtube and google before taking the lens to the NN camera repair shop in Chiang mai. They told me there was a problem with the aperture blades and couldn’t repair it. I took it to the YL camera shop in low yat plaza in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia. They repaired it for $126 US. This Video is shot with the 24-105 Canon L series lens with the Panasonic GH5 using the viltrox lens adaptor.
